Valentines Day VEGAN Brownies

Serves: 8 brownies

Ingredients
- 200 g Cake Wheat Flour
- 100 g Cocoa Powder
- 150 g castor Sugar
- 80 g Vegan Butter
- 200 ml Plant Based Milk
- 2 Bananas
- 5 g Baking Soda
- 5 g Baking Powder
- 30 ml Apple Cider Vinegar
- 5 g Salt
- 200 g Dark Chocolate
Instructions
- Melt the butter and mash the banana.
- Add this to a bowl, along with the sugar and banana, and beat until creamy.
- Add in the milk and stir.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cocoa powder.
- Add in the wet mixture and mix until combined
- Pour into a greased baking dish and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Allow to cool, and then use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out hearts. Place into the freezer for about 15 minutes to get very cold.
- In the meantime, melt the chocolate.
- Once the brownies are cool, dip them into the chocolate. Decorate with some sprinkles and allow the chocolate to set before serving.
