½ cup Rolled oats
Pinch of salt
¾ cup water (add more if needed)
Peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
Chopped fruit – I used apple, strawberries, blackberries, pawpaw, raspberries and granadilla
Place the oats, salt, and water in a pot on the stove, heat on medium-high.
Bring it to a boil, then turn down and let simmer for 5-10min.
Once cooked, add to a bowl, and place your toppings of choice on top.
