We love the simplicity of these crackers and just how good they are for you. Suit most diets and cut out that carb factor while tucking in to your cheese and dips board. Don’t feel forced into the exact seeds, if you only have sesame seeds in the cupboard then use those. It’s flexible and so simple.

This recipe makes roughly 6 6X6 crackers

Ingredients:

2 Tbs Physllium husk

1/4 Tsp Salt

1/2 Cup Chia seeds

1 Cup Sunflower seeds

3/4 Cup Pumpkin seeds

1/4 Cup Linseeds

1 Tbs Garlic powder

1 Tbs Thyme

2Tbs Nutritional Yeast [Add such a great cheese flavour]

1 1/2 Cups Boiling water

Optional 
Add grated cheese or Chilli flakes to the mixture before adding the boiling water
Method 
Add all ingredients together & stir until combined. Leave for 10-15 Minutes to let the seeds soak  up the water
Spread out the mixture until it is around 0.5cm thick on a greased pan
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 minutes
Cut the crackers into desired size and return to the oven for a further 10 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.
Store in an airtight container
