Mindful Movement & Nutrition
Need a little accountability and motivation?
Keeping you moving during lockdown from the comfort of your home. PJs are welcome! Bianca, an experienced yoga teacher, will guide you to explore movement that strengthens and invigorates you. Sometimes calming slow flows, sometimes sweaty fast flows. Mixing it up and keeping you on your toes!
Not that into yoga? No problem! Afternoon Sweat Sessions focus on general physical training that are bound to get your heart pumping and sweat dripping! Giggles and jokes encouraged!
All classes are 40 minutes and work on a donation basis (pay what you feel is fair, no contribution is too small). All fitness levels, abilities and ages welcome! The youngest participant has been 7 and the oldest 76!
A number of private classes are available! Real-time feedback helps deepen and correct your movements to make sure you get maximum enjoyment and benefit!
