Overnight Oats
Serves 2
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 cup milk of choice – Have you tried to make your own? Buy your own Plant Mylk bag here
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
In a small bowl mix together the oats + chia seeds + cinnamon + hemp seeds + oat milk + almond butter + banana and place into the fridge for 8 hours or overnight. Serve with fresh raspberries + extra cinnamon and nut butter.
