Its Spring Time and outdoor dining, entertaining and reconnecting with friends are coming back to a bit of normality [Yay for friends and family] So we thought with all this ‘tapas style dining’ with sunshine and belly laughs – why not add a cocktail to the mix 😉
If you love something unique and tasty, and a Gin-Lover then this is for you.
Elderflower and Cardamon G&T
- 50ml gin of choice
- 500ml tonic, chilled
- 1-2 slices of fresh strawberry
- 1-2 sliced fresh cucumber
- 25ml elderflower cordial (optional)
- 1 -2 cardamon pods, crushed
- 1 handful of ice
Grab your favourite G&T glass and add some ice. Pour in your shot of gin along with the elderflower (if using) and the crushed cardamon. Top up with tonic and garnish with strawberry and cucumber.
