So we were lucky enough to see this gorgeous Red Sorghum salad recipe from @Kamvelihle_panda on Insta and we simply had to share.

Red Sorghum Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of red sorghum
- Red cabbage
- Cucumber
- Salt
- 1/2 cup parsley and coriander(chopped)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar Or try our delicious Rozendaal botanical vinegar
- salt and pepper
- squeeze of lemon
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 deseeded red chilli (finely chopped)
Directions
-Bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add sorghum and a pinch of salt.
-Add dry herbs (oregano, basil, and little rosemary)
-Cook the sorghum until soft and a bit chewy
-Set aside and let it cool (remove excess water if there is)
-On the side shred red cabbage, dice cucumber and chop coriander
-Mix the ingredients for the chimichurri
-Mix the sorghum, red cabbage,cucumber and coriander
