Uses:

How to cook – In a medium sauce pan, bring water to a boil. Stir in soy grits and return to boil. Cover and cook over low heat. Simmer until all of the water has been absorbed, approximately 10 minutes.

Shelf Life:Up to 24 months when stored as above.
