This Sri Lankan Ceylon tea is blended with oil extracted from bergamot citrus rind. It is often enjoyed with milk and sugar or honey and pairs beautifully for an afternoon tea with treats. This soothing tea has been said to make you purr from the inside out.

Traditionally Earl Grey is a blend of Ceylon and the oil from the citrus plant, Bergamot. We have chosen to use a beautifully rich, robust, sweet and deep Ceylon, creating a bold, malty and smooth flavour that lends well to the citrus flavour that makes Earl Grey. It can be used as flavouring for cakes, confectionaries and butter.
It takes around 200 kg of fruit to produce 1 kg of bergamot essence.
