Recipe:
Mix 250g of flapjack mix with 450ml of cold water or nutmilk.
Heat a non-stick pan to a high temp, Add oil [coconut oil works the best]
Add batter to the pan to make a few flapjacks at a time.
Cook for approximately two minutes, watch for bubbles then flip. Cook for another minute and serve with your favourite toppings.
Serving suggestions:
Add maple syrup, cinnamon & toasted almond shavings.
Spread with a generous dollop of nut butter, syrup and bananas.
Top with a berry compote and granola
