Description
Black eyed beans have a soft texture when cooked and a creamy flavour that takes on the tastes of spices & sauces beautifully. These versatile black eye beans are gluten-free, non-GMO and have no additives or preservatives. They are also:

Preparation:
- 1 part beans to 3 parts water
- Soak beans in hot water overnight
- Rinse, add another 3 parts of water and bring to the boil
- Simmer covered for about 60 minutes
Along with its traditional use, use these beans in stews, rice mixes, or in bean-hummus / dip variations.
