    English Breakfast is either a blend of Assam and Ceylon, or just plain Ceylon. This Organic Ceylon comes from biodiverse farms in the beautiful hills of Sri Lanka.

    Our tea farms are high in the mountains where moisture and atmosphere sit just right to produce this sweet, deep and malty black tea.

    Traditionally English Breakfast is a blend of Assam and Ceylon or just plain Assam or Ceylon. We have chosen to use a beautifully rich, robust, sweet and deep Ceylon, creating a bold, malty and smooth flavour that lends well to breakfast tea enjoyment.

    This Sri Lankan Ceylon tea is blended with oil extracted from bergamot citrus rind. It is often enjoyed with milk and sugar or honey and pairs beautifully for an afternoon tea with treats. This soothing tea has been said to make you purr from the inside out.

    An invigorating citrus aroma with a smooth and delicate flavour.

    Traditionally Earl Grey is a blend of Ceylon and the oil from the citrus plant, Bergamot. We have chosen to use a beautifully rich, robust, sweet and deep Ceylon, creating a bold, malty and smooth flavour that lends well to the citrus flavour that makes Earl Grey. It can be used as flavouring for cakes, confectionaries and butter.

    It takes around 200 kg of fruit to produce 1 kg of bergamot essence.
  • Organic Spiced Chai

    Spiced Chai derives from “Masala Chai” meaning “Spiced Tea.” It finds its origins in the Indian Ayurvedic medical system. It is one of the most widely consumed teas in India; found in every hidden corner and served by a “Chaiwala”. This Chai is a blend of Ceylon Black Tea, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Black Pepper, Ginger. Spicy, deep, mellow, sweet and robust.

    Traditionally Spiced Chai, authentically known as Masala Chai (Spiced Tea) uses a black tea blended with spices as an Ayurvedic remedy, adjusting it to suit each persons unique constitution. It is common for each family to have their own unique recipe.

    It is traditionally brewed by boiling the tea leaves, spices, milk and sugar on a stove.

    Our wild rooibos is sustainably harvested from 30 to 50 year old naturally occurring plants in the Cederberg mountains of the Western Cape of South Africa. These plants contain more nutrition and flavour as a result, as well as adapt to climate change and drought more efficiently. This Rooibos is unlike any other with a deep, complex flavour that has earthy, woody, sweet and smooth notes. Indigenous tribes of South Africa used Rooibos to accompany them on their hunting trips, which would last for many days. Associated with the sun, it was seen as a giver of life. As a legume, Rooibos allows its community plants to thrive by converting nitrogen in the air to a usable substance in the soil. It brings life and balance to the ecosystem. Our Rooibos has been sustainably harvested from the Wild. Allowing the plants to grow in the wild supports the delicate Fynbos ecosystem, contributing to better plant and soil conditions as well as adaptation to climate change, thus benefiting the entire plant community and allowing it to thrive. This results in a Premium Quality, Organic product.
