  • In a small pot, bring the pineapple + sugar and chia seeds to a boil.Allow to cook for 20 minutes, stirring often, until the jam is thickened
  • Pour into a clean jar and keep in the fridge.
  • Serve on hot cross buns, toasted or with a cheese board.
