Pineapple & Ginger Jam

Serves: 1 medium Jar
Ingredients
- 1 Can Pineapple [ Crushed with Juice 423g
- 3/4 Cups Sugar * of your choice
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/4 Tsp Ginger ground
Instructions
- In a small pot, bring the pineapple + sugar and chia seeds to a boil.Allow to cook for 20 minutes, stirring often, until the jam is thickened
- Pour into a clean jar and keep in the fridge.
- Serve on hot cross buns, toasted or with a cheese board.
