Overnight Oats are just such a popular breakfast staple for everyone and the best part is they keep you going for ages, truly nutritional and you can add sweetness and flavour with whole foods which is great for the taste and your body.

How do you like your oats?

Overnight Oats

2 cups Oats or Gluten Free Oats 

1 heaped tsp cinnamon

1 drop vanilla extract

1 apple grated (with skin)

1½ cups milk – Have you tried our Cashew Mylk Bottle yet?

1 cup plain yoghurt

2 TBSP Raw honey 

Toppings – Pecan Nuts, Pumpkin Seeds, Dried Apple Slices, Goji berries, Cranberries or you can’t go wrong with fresh fruit!

  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. When you’re ready to serve pop on your topping or whatever you have on hand and enjoy.
