Mulberry chia Jam
- 1 Cup Fresh or Frozen Mulberries
- 3Tbs Chia Seeds
- 1Tbs Hemp Seed Hearts
- 1Tsp xylitol or Stevia liquid
Add your berries to a pot and simply cover with just a little bit of water 3Tbs water. Add your sweetener and simmer for about 10 minutes.
It should be reduced into a syrup consistency, mash the berries a bit and add your chia seeds.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool and the chia to swell and absorb. Once cooled its ready to eat, sprinkle with hemp hearts on your favourite toast or cracker and voila!
