The perfect slice to add to your kids lunch box or for you to grab on the bio as a healthy snack!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Prepare a 20 x 30 cm baking dish with baking/wax paper and set aside.
  • Soak the dates in boiling water for 10 minutes and drain.
  • Add dates to a food processor along with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Pulse until mixture is well combined but chunky making sure to scrape the sides down as you go.
  • Scoop mixture into the baking dish and press down firmly with hands/fingertips until even.
  • Top with extra coconut flakes and cranberries and set in the fridge for 6-8 hours.
    Remove and slice into desired shapes.
