Sometimes you need a pudding that packs as much flavour as it does health! Well look no further!
Serves: 4 People
Prep Time: 5 minutes

  • 1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
  • 1 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp Raw Honey
  • 6 Granadilla's Keep half for serving
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries
  • Handful fresh mint


  • In a jar or container add the chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla essence, granadilla pulp and honey. Mix well and store in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours.
  • Once ready, add to small jars or glasses and top with the remaining granadilla pulp, blueberries, and fresh mint!
