Gluten Free Chocolate Truffles are my new favourite Go-To for when I need to have a bite sized dessert on hand for when I have friends over. They are delicious and also WOW your guests. Home-made? No way! ‘Yes Karen, made them myself’ 🙂

What other sweet treats do you like to whip up for when the friends or family come over or to keep for yourself as a little post work treat?

Bliss balls are an easy one for the balance of sweet and healthy like our back to work bliss ball recipe, But anything this delicious should be shared around…I mean the recipe, Maybe not the truffles but the recipe – YES!

With these Gluten Free Chocolate Truffles I dare you to have ‘Just one’.
