This delicous Creamy basil & Black bean salad is a must to make for your friends on the weekend. Packed with nutrients and absolutely delicious.

Gluten Free Vegan Product

Ingredients

Basil pesto

  • 100 g Cashews
  • 3 Cups Fresh Basil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 60 ml Lemon Juice
  • 30 ml Olive Oil
  • 5 g Salt

For the salad

  • 100 g Black beans Cooked
  • 100 g Steamed green beans
  • 80 g Red Onion diced

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients for the pesto into a food processor, blend until smooth
  • Dice the red onion and add to a bowl along with the black beans and green beans
  • Stir thoroughly and enjoy.
