So this classic raisin bran muffin recipe is an absolute classic! What are your favourite creations when it comes to muffins because lets be honest… The sky is the limit.

It well worth it and full of flavour and packed with health.
Red kidney bean dip is a super easy yet incredibly tasty addition to your platters from now on. Red Kidney Beans are packed with protein and boast over 9g of protein per 100g of cooked beans making them one of the richest sources of plant-based protein around.
Thats quite the punch for such a tiny bean.
These beans are also rich in a number of vitamins and minerals such as folic acid, iron, copper, manganese, potassium and vitamin k1.
So its easy to see why we want to keep this little dude around.

- Preheat the oven to 190 Degrees and line a muffin tray with reusable muffin cups
- In a mixing bowl, mix the oil, egg, sugar, vanilla, milk and bran until well combined
- Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix until well combined.
- Fold in raisins and scoop into muffin liners
- Bake for 15-20 Minutes until the skewer comes out clean
- Allow to cool and serve with Jam and cream - YUM!
