A unique twist on ordianry nachos that you are going to love. Black beans are packed with protein that gives you a delicous new flavour to your nahcos
Serves: 2 People
Prep Time: 25 minutes
Vegan Product


  • Olive OIl
  • 1 Onion Chopped finely
  • 2 Large Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 250 g Black Beans Soaked over night and boiled until soft
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 3 tbps Chipotle Or substiture with chillis OR leave out if you dont want extra spice
  • 1 tsp Salt

Additional Toppings

  • Tomatoe Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Corn
  • Spring onion


  • Heat a pan over a medium to high heat and pour in a little oil and the onions and garlic. Add in the coriander and cumin, stir, then add in the chopped tomatoes. 
  • Cook this a little until nice and soft then add in the black beans and chillies. Mix and fry on a medium to low heat  until soft, you can add in some water if you feel like it needs a little more moisture.
  • Serve over nacho chips and top with guacamole and tomatillo salsa or tomato salsa corn and spring onion.
