Baked Camembert

Serves 2

  • 1 small Camembert wheel
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1-2 springs fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 1 small baking pot

Preheat oven to 180°C and place the oven rack into the middle. Remove the packaging from the Camembert and place into small baking pot.

Drizzle with olive oil and season and add chilli flakes. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until soft and melted. Remove and top with fresh thyme and serve immediately with sourdough or garlic bread. Feel free to mix up the herbs and spices, the flavour combinations are endless.
